The office building of the Hellenic Exchanges S.A. (Athens Stock Exchange) is equipped with a 200-vehicles underground car park, in Athens, Greece.
The new Hellenic Exchanges Headquarters' Building with its marble facade was designed in close collaboration with the Client, in adherence to the most sophisticated and up-to-date technologies and standards, in order to accommodate the needs of the Greek stock market.
The scope of work included the following:
Water Supply / Sewage and Rainwater / Fire protection / HVAC / Lighting / Power / Electrical Substation / Telephone - Data / Public Address Systems / Lighting and Earthing / Elevators / Closed Control HVAC System

Architectural & Structural Design
The building hosts all functions concerning the technical control and management services.
It was adapted to the forms of the bridge construction and is mainly an office building of an area of 2,102m² connected to the Toll Post by aboveground and underground passage ways. In addition, large glazed surfaces permit full inspection of the Tolls.
Special arrangement and construction specifications have been elaborated for the transport and safeguard of the toll ticket money (vault).
‘Nea Liosia’ City Hall

Architectural Design
The intention of the Municipality was to construct not only a building for the City Hall, but also to create an important land mark for the community within the developing city center. The integration of pedestrian walkways to the building spaces has been achieved by creating a covered open space on the building ground floor allowing, thus, the penetration of the community space into and through the city hall.
The ground floor is decorated with walkways, sitting corners and green spaces with flower beds and trees around the main building entrance where the access stair and elevator cores are located. The building has three levels over the ground floor area hosting Municipality offices and a cafeteria on the top floor.
The multifunctional circular amphitheater is on a semi - basement level. There are parking places in the basement and a few in the open air. Elevations follow the simplicity of layouts enhanced by the continuous glazing that envelopes the rectangular shape of the building..
